Truth about Spanking

Some people claim spanking is a cruel unnecessary thing.
People who do this often confuse this for abuse.
Let me tell you something right now though...
Abuse and spanking are totally different things.

Abuse is defined as: improper treatment or usage; application to a wrong or bad purpose; misuse; perversion.
Physical or verbal maltreatment; injury.
Sexual assault; violation; rape.
An unjust, corrupt or wrongful practice or custom; offense; crime; fault.
Coarse, insulting speech; abusive language.
from www.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abuse

So, you see spanking is in no way abuse at all.

Spanking is a form of corporal punishment.
That is it is a type of discipline given to a child, toddler,or infant,or teenager that is misbehaving.
www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanking It typically consists of an adult (usually a parent) striking the child's bottom in reaction to poor behavior, with either an open hand or an implement, without producing physical injury.[1] When an instrument is used in lieu of a hand, spanking becomes switching, paddling, belting, caning, whipping, or birching, depending on the type of implement. When an open hand is used, some countries refer to spanking as slapping or smacking. In much of the Western world, spanking is more likely to be given to younger children than to teens.[citation needed] Historically, boys have tended to be more frequently spanked than girls.[2][3][4][5][6]

Letting a child, infant, or teen in your home as the guardian or parent in charge
do whatever they want without teaching them right from wrong will only cause them to turn out to be rude people who are inconsiderate of others, and have no regard for the laws of the land or authority whatsoever.

Spanking them helps them to understand what is wrong is always wrong.
It will help them to realize their are certain things that are dangerous to do,as well as certain things that are very inapporiate.
